Dual Band/Dual Mode

DBDM provides a method to covert between 3G and 4G networks over Android devices. DBDM software enables the users to use ‘Single Network Mode’ as well as ‘Dual Network Mode’ over their Android devices. It provides a switching mechanism for 4G (WiMax) and 3G (VIA-CDMA RIL) networks, for maximum network connectivity.

DBDM Features:

3G/4G only mode:Freedom to select ‘Single Network Mode’. There are two options available for ‘Single Network Mode’:

• 3G only mode
• 4G only mode

Dual Band/Dual Mode (DBDM) – 4G preferred: Enables android device to easily convert between 3G and 4G networks. The device keeps tracking the signal strength and makes decision to switch between the networks by comparing the signal strength with a ‘Signal Threshold’ value. The device will always prefer 4G network over 3G.
